Your Transformation: Week One
Your first week on the Transformation Kit is an exciting time. It’s the beginning of a journey that will change your life forever! Today, we’ll take you through your first week and give you tips for success. We’re going to guide you through the BBS brochure, so if you haven’t done so already, download one here so you can follow along!
Choose Your BBS Plan
Let’s start by going through the meal plan. You’ll notice that it’s divided into four categories based on goal weight. This is designed to help you customize the program so you can reach your personal goals. Take a few minutes to choose the meal plan that corresponds with your goal weight and go through your chosen plan to see how much you’ll eat at each meal. You can also refer to the meal card that came with your Transformation Kit for guidance.
Learn the Schedule
No matter which goal weight category you select, you’ll follow the same weekly schedule. You’ll start the week with two Protein Days, and then you’ll alternate Protein Days and Meal Days until you’ve reached the day you started. And that’s your first week on the BBS!
Choose Your Food Options
Now, let’s look at what you’re going to eat while on the BBS. In your brochure, you’ll find a list of BBS-approved options for protein, vegetables, fruits, and carbohydrates.
The great thing about having a wide variety of options available is that it gives you the ability to tailor your choices to your lifestyle. If you’re working to improve your diet for the first time in years, you may find it easier to start with foods you’re familiar with and branch out once you’re comfortable with the system. If you’re well-versed in clean-eating, you can easily build your grocery list from the many whole foods in the brochure. Whatever you choose, make sure you’re paying attention to the portion sizes. This will make it easy to know exactly how much you should eat!

Make sure you take before photos. You’ll love being able to look back on them as you transform your life!
Plan your meals ahead of time so it’s easier to make healthy choices.
Choose foods you like. The food list has a lot of options, so choose the ones that you’ll be excited to eat!
Get other people involved. It’s easier to transform your life when you’re working with others, so reach out to your friends and family. Encourage them to buy and do a T-kit with you.
