Your Transformation: Week Three
If you’re starting week three, that means you’re halfway through your first twenty-eight days on the BBS. Great work!
Now that you’ve been on the Better Body System for a couple of weeks, you may want to branch out and try some new foods. Doing so will give you a variety of nutrients, and mixing things up will ensure that life on the BBS stays interesting. The BBS brochure is full of great food options, so take it to the grocery store with you and try some new things this week!
Week three is also a great time to add some light physical activity to your routine. In addition to burning calories, exercise helps support your cardiovascular health, builds lean muscle mass, aids in weight management, strengthens your bones and muscles, and improves your ability to do the things you love. Make sure you’re drinking enough water. For an easy way to calculate how much water you should be drinking each day, just take your body weight and divide it in half. That’s the number of ounces of water you should drink each day. The water you use to mix your Yoli beverages counts toward your daily total!
