At Yoli, we often get asked how the Better Body System can work with a vegetarian lifestyle. We want everyone to feel great about transforming their lives, so here’s a guide to help vegetarians succeed on the BBS!


Protein is a key component of the Better Body System meal plan, and it’s especially important to focus on getting enough protein when you’re a vegetarian. Fortunately, there are many healthy, vegetarian protein sources that will fit in perfectly with the Better Body System!

Here are the vegetarian BBS-approved protein options you’ll find in the BBS brochure:

Of course, life on the BBS isn’t all about protein. You’ll also want to make sure you’re choosing complex carbohydrates over simple carbohydrates and drinking enough water and your favorite Yoli drinks.
