Strawberry Banana YES Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3-4 frozen strawberries
- 1 serving vanilla YES
- ½ banana
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
Carrot Cake YES Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup banana
- 1⁄2 cup baby carrots, whole
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving vanilla YES
- 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. stevia
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash ground cloves
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
Lime YES Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 lime, peeled
- 1 scoop vanilla YES
- 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup unflavored Greek yogurt
- 1 1/4 tbsp. stevia
- 3-4 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
