Official Contest Rules Terms & Conditions
Overview:
This trip is for the top 25 brand partners and one guest per winner (total of 50 brand partners). The top 20 on the final leaderboard will receive an invitation and then the additional 5 will be chosen as wildcard spots. See details on the wildcard spots below. This trip can be earned on any Brand Partners account. Eligibility will be determined according to the account through which the trip was registered. Please read through the following examples to better understand how eligibility works:
Qualification Period
The qualification period for this event is from 1/11/2025 – 5/2/2025. (~16 weeks to qualify)
There are 3 ways to achieve Growth Goal points for this incentive.
#1: ENROLL:
Earn points by enrolling new Brand Partners, Customers and Subscribers.
Earn 1 Growth Goal Point for every 400QV in first orders from customers or subscribers. . Brand Partner volume counts for double. Customer reactivation counts as customer enrollment. Enrollment Growth Goal Points will be capped at 16 for the entire enrollment period.
You will achieve Growth Goal Points (GG) for your Brand Partner recruiting and customer enrolling efforts. You will achieve 1 Growth Goal Points for every 400QV in the first orders of Brand Partners, customers, and customer reactivations during the qualification period. Brand Partner volume counts as double. You can achieve 1 GG from 1 customer placing a 400QV order or 4 customers placing a 100CV order each. You will achieve a GG for every customer combination totaling 400CV. Brand Partner volume would require half of that effort.
For example, if you enrolled 16 customers on TKITS, you would have generated 3,200CV on first orders. In this scenario you would achieve 8 Growth Goal Points (3,200 / 400). For Brand Partners, 8 TKITS would generate 1,600 in QV. As it is doubled, for this incentive those orders would count for 3,200 in QV (1,600 * 2).
You can achieve your Growth Goal Points from any combination of customers and Brand Partners. The number of Growth Goal Points you can achieve from your recruiting and enrolling efforts is capped at 16.
NOTE: You cannot earn the trip unless you achieve four enrollment Growth Goal Points .
#2 RANK:
You will achieve Growth Goal Points for achieving a higher paid-as rank during the qualification period.
Multiple Growth Goal Points can be achieved during the period. See the Growth Goal Points earned
BASELINE:
Your baseline within the qualification period will be your highest “paid-as” rank in the 4 weeks prior to the qualification period.
Example:
If your baseline is a Gold and you reach Ruby during the qualification period, then you will achieve 9 Growth Goal Points. 4 for advancing to platinum and 5 for advancing to Ruby.
#3 DUPLICATE:
Earn points by helping your team rank up.
Increase the paid-as rank of your personally enrolled Brand Partners and achieve 1+ Growth Goal Points for every increased rank. Must be paid-as Gold+ or higher in the week of rank advancement to achieve the duplication Growth Goal Points.
Compression Rule: The duplication Growth Goal Pointss are achieved by helping those in your personally enrolled tree rank. When a Brand Partner achieves a rank Growth Goal Points, in that same week that the rank Growth Goal Points is achieved, the first Brand Partner up the personally enrolled tree leg (PETL) with a paid-as gold+ or higher in the same week, will receive the same Growth Goal Pointss as the rank advancer.
Requirements for top 20 winners:
- Be in the Top 20 of number of Growth Goal Pointss achieved
- Achieve at least 4 Growth Goal Pointss from enrolling
- Be paid-as Platinum 3 consecutive weeks at any point within the qualification period
Requirements for 5 wildcard spots:
- Wildcard spots will chosen from spots 21-40 on the leaderboard.
- Those who achieve Gold+ 3 consecutive weeks within the period are eligible for the wildcard spots
- Both Platinum+ and Gold+ achievers are eligible for the wildcard selection
- In the event there are not enough Platinum achievers in the top 20, more wildcard spots may be chosen.
- If there are not enough brand partners qualified at the Platinum or Gold ranks to fill the spots, the company reserves the right to extend invitations to those brand partners who have demonstrated leadership behaviors.

Terms & Conditions:
This is an incentive trip and is open to any brand partner in good standing. Winners will be allowed to bring a guest at no additional cost. As this trip will include leadership training, we encourage your guests to be a Yoli brand partner.
This event is non-transferable. You may not transfer registration for this trip to any other account, including your spouse’s. Trips may not be “gifted” or used by someone other than the registering brand partner, and you may not send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
If you need to change the guests you registered, you may do so until Tuesday, July 1st, 2025, with no extra fee. No guests will be able to be changed after July 1st, 2025.
All winners will be given until May 20th to secure their flight and confirm attendance. After which time, we will offer the trip to the next brand partner on the leaderboard. (see qualification details below)
The primary Account Holder, and all registrants in their party, must attend the trip to qualify for reimbursement. Reimbursements will be made following the event upon confirmation of attendance.
Airfare is not provided by Yoli and must be purchased by each attendee.
A valid passport is required to attend the trip, and it must be valid for at least 6 months after your trip.
Travel insurance is not included. It is recommended (but not required) that attendees purchase their own travel insurance.
All upgrades will be handled on a first come, first-served basis. If you are interested in upgrading, please email events@yoli.com with your member ID number and the names of the people in your group, and we will provide you with your upgrade options and corresponding costs.
By registering for, and attending any Yoli event, the attendee voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attending the Yoli Sponsored Event, whether occurring prior, during, or after the Event. This includes actions, omissions, or negligence of others (including attendees, Yoli staff, other service providers, or the venue). By registering for, and attending a Yoli event, the attendee voluntarily assumes all risks of any injury, disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind. Please remember, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By registering for and attending this event, all Yoli Brand Partners and registrants in their party voluntarily assume all risks related to Covid-19 and agree to follow all safety guidelines.
This incentive trip is considered taxable compensation on a 1099 or equivalent.
This Top 25 Retreat is for US, Canada, and Philippine Brand Partners
NOTE: Within the Top 25 Challenge. Please note that if a brand partner with a Philippine country of membership manages to rank within the top 20 or receive a wildcard spot, they will have the option of attending the trip or receive a $1,500 USD flight credit and a free ticket to the Ascend Conference in Las Vegas from October 7–9, 2025. (PH Only) The top 5 Philippine brand partners who meet the trip qualifications, regardless of whether or not they are in the top 20 or receive a wildcard invitation, will be eligible to receive the flight credit and conference ticket.
