This recognition was designed to honor those who show up, lead boldly, and build something bigger than themselves. This is more than awards. This is a celebration of growth, leadership, transformation, and the impact you choose to create.
- 2026 Founder Award: Reserved for the leader hand-selected by the Founders who creates the most powerful and undeniable impact on growth, leadership, and the spirit of the field.
- 2026 Daren Falter Award: Honors the leader who creates impact through servant leadership by selflessly serving, uplifting, and building others.
- 2026 Woman of Yoli: Celebrates the woman who creates extraordinary impact by embodying strength, influence, and excellence across the Yoli community.
- The Elite 15: Earned by the top 15 VIP Brand Partners who rise to create the highest level of impact within the Impact Top 15 Incentive.
- Diamond Legacy Award: Celebrates Brand Partners who create next-level impact by achieving the rank of Diamond during the qualification period.

- Empire Builder Award: Honors the Brand Partner who creates the most powerful business impact through enrollments, volume, and rank advancement.
- Body Transformation Awards: Celebrates the most inspiring transformation that creates visible, life-changing impact through before and after results.
- Rising Star Awards: Recognizes emerging leaders who are creating undeniable impact through rapid growth, momentum, and leadership.
- Rockstar Awards: Celebrates Brand Partners who create energetic impact by consistently showing up as movers, sharers, and field leaders.
- Impact Conference Leadership Award: Honors the leader who creates the greatest attendance impact by bringing the highest number of team members to the Impact Conference.
Minimum of 10 CV Growth Goals from column 1 above and a total of 20 combined Growth Goals from columns 2 and 3 (Rank Growth Goals and Bonus Growth Goals) are required to qualify for the Top 20. A minimum of 75 Growth Goals are required to place in the top 20, 85 Growth Goals to earn the max flight credit and 95 Growth Goals to earn the 4-night hotel stay.
