Earn your way on the Bahamas 2026 Incentive Trip by achieving Growth Goals in four key areas:
Rank Advance – earn points for advancing your rank
Duplicate – earn points when you help your team members rank up
Enroll – Earn points for enrolling new members, subscribers, and Brand Partners
Test – Earn 1 growth goal for every 10 new people you register who test with the vitality test.
Cruise Like a VIP
- Top 10, plus one guest will receive special incentive and VIP treatment on the Cruise. Note: VIP spots are limited to one member of a household.
Important Note
Multiple Spouse Accounts: Only one account per household may qualify for the Top 10. If multiple spouse of family accounts land in the Top 10, only the account with the higher Growth Goal total will retain the prize. The other will be removed and the next eligible Brand Partner will be moved into the Top 10.

Terms and Conditions
This incentive trip is open to all Brand Partners (US, CA, PR) in good standing. You may earn a spot for yourself, yourself and a guest or you can purchase a spot to attend. Guests are encouraged to be Yoli Brand Partners. If attending solo, you will be paired with another Yoli attendee as cabins are a minimum of double occupancy.
This event is non-transferable. You may not transfer registration to another account, including your spouse’s. Trips may not be gifted or used by anyone other than the qualifying Brand Partner.
If you need to change your registered guest, you may do so until January 5, 2026, with no extra fee. No guest changes after that date.
If the trip was earned, the primary Account Holder and all registrants must attend the trip to qualify for reimbursement. Reimbursements may include the cost of the cabin and flight credit, depending on the level of reward you qualify for.
Each attendee is responsible for purchasing their own airfare. A valid passport is required to attend the trip, valid for at least 6 months after the trip. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.
All upgrades will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability. If you are interested in upgrading, please email yoli@destinationsinc.com with your member ID number and the names of the people in your group, and we will provide you with your upgrade options and corresponding costs. The top three qualifiers will be upgraded to a Jr. Suite, while qualifiers 4-10 will be upgraded to a spacious ocean-view balcony cabin.
Triple and quadruple occupancy staterooms are available but limited, the rates for any such triple and quadruple occupancy are $1,175 per person. To request this option contact yoli@destinationsinc.com. These rooms are available on a first come first-serve basis.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
The cost of the trip is $1,695. You can register for free to get your name on the list. Deposits will be made in three installments of $565. These installments will be paid on Oct 5, Nov 5 and Dec 5.
If you register for the trip after the first payment is due, then you will be charged immediately for any deposit due. For example, if you register on October 15, then you will be immediately charged the first installment of $565. If you register on November 15, you will be immediately be charged for the first two deposits.
If you earn part of all of the trip, you will be refunded what you earned after you attend the trip. Everyone must pay for the trip in accordance with the schedule, regardless of what has been earned. One exception to the payment requirement is the ascend to Diamond qualifiers. They will not be required to pay for their 1 spot earned. There is no maximum amount able to be earned for the trip however, there is no cash value if you earn above the number of guests that you bring
LOSING YOUR RESERVATION
If at any point in time you are not current on your deposit payments. Yoli may cancel your reservation and refund your deposits.
CANCELLATIONS
You can register for free to get your name on the list. Deposits will be made in three installments as listed above. The cost of the trip is $1695. Refunds are allowed before January 5, 2026. After January 5, no refunds regardless of reason. The $500 flight credit has no cash value if you are not attending the trip and will only be reimbursed upon attendance.
Qualification Details
The Bahamas 2026 Incentive Trip can be earned through Growth Goals in three main categories: Enroll, Rank, and Duplicate.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS & RULES
- Minimum of 4 Enrollment Growth Goals to earn any portion of the trip
- Enroll GG Capped at 28
- 1 GG for Every Vital 10 completed
- Earn $500 Flight Credit at 150% and an additional $500 at 300%
- First-time Diamonds receive 20 bonus growth goals
- First-time Diamonds during the Ascend Top 20 start at 28 growth goals or 100% (these diamond bonus growth goals do not count towards the top 10 incentive)
ENROLL
You will achieve Growth Goals (GG) for your Brand Partner recruiting and customer enrolling efforts. You will achieve 1 GG for every 400QV in the first orders of Brand Partners, customers, and customer reactivations during the qualification period. Brand Partner volume counts as double. You can achieve 1 GG from 1 customer placing a 400QV order or 4 customers placing a 100CV order each. Brand Partner volume would require half of that effort.
For example, if you enrolled 16 customers on TKITS, you would have generated 3,200CV on first orders. In this scenario, you would achieve 8 Growth Goals (3,200 / 400). For Brand Partners, 8 TKITS would generate 1,600 QV. As it is doubled for this incentive, those orders would count for 3,200 QV (1,600 * 2).
You can achieve your Growth Goals from any combination of customers and Brand Partners. The number of Growth Goals from enrolling is capped at 28.
RANK
Your baseline within the qualification period will be your highest ‘paid-as’ rank in the 4 weeks prior to the qualification period.
You will achieve Growth Goals for achieving a higher paid-as rank during the qualification period. Multiple Growth Goals can be achieved during the period.
For example, if your baseline is Gold and you reach Ruby during the qualification period, you will achieve 9 Growth Goals: 4 for advancing to Platinum and 5 for advancing to Ruby.
DUPLICATE
Increase the paid-as rank of Brand Partners in your personally enrolled downline and match the Growth Goals that they achieve. You must be paid-as Gold+ or higher in the week of their rank advancement to receive duplication Growth Goals.
Compression Rule:
The duplication Growth Goals are achieved by helping those in your personally enrolled tree rank. When a Brand Partner achieves a rank Growth Goal, in that same week, the first Brand Partner up the personally enrolled tree leg (PETL) with a paid-as Gold+ or higher in the same week will receive the same Growth Goals as the rank advancer.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By registering for and/or attending the Bahamas 2026 Incentive Trip (the “Event”), the attendee acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Voluntary Participation
Attendance at the Event is voluntary. Each attendee assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to travel and participation, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event. These risks include, without limitation:
- Illness (including COVID-19 and other communicable diseases), injury, disability, or death;
- Negligence or omissions of other attendees, staff, vendors, or service providers;
- Travel-related issues such as delays, cancellations, or lost luggage;
- Activities on board the cruise ship, at the hotel, or at any excursion location.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases exists in any public place where people are present. By attending, the attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to comply with applicable health and safety protocols.
- Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees hereby release and hold harmless Yoli LLC, its officers, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and agents, as well as third-party providers including but not limited to Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., hotel operators, transportation providers, and event venues (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Event.
- Compliance with Rules
Attendees agree to comply with all safety rules and policies of Yoli, the cruise line, hotels, local governments, and other service providers. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Event at the attendee’s expense.
- Medical Responsibility
Each attendee is solely responsible for any medical needs, health conditions, or special requirements. Yoli does not provide medical care or insurance, and strongly recommends that attendees obtain personal travel and medical insurance coverage.
- Force Majeure Cancellations
Yoli shall not be liable for any failure to perform or any loss resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, or cancellations by the cruise line.
- Binding Effect
This waiver is binding upon the attendee, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
Taxation
The Bahamas 2026 Incentive Trip is considered taxable income. The fair market value (FMV) of the trip, including accommodations, transportation credits, and other benefits, will be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC (or Form W-2, if applicable). Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and international taxes related to the trip. Yoli does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional regarding your individual obligations. The fair market value (FMV) of the trip is approximately $1,695 per attendee plus any applicable upgrades.
Compliance & Conduct
All attendees must comply with Yoli policies, the cruise line’s rules, and local laws at all times during the trip. Disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Event at the attendee’s expense and loss of any benefits, awards, or reimbursements. Yoli reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who fails to remain in good standing or violates these standards. Excessive alcohol use or illegal substance possession/use will result in immediate removal at the attendee’s expense.
Force Majeure
Yoli reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, Yoli shall not be liable for any costs incurred by attendees.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. Attendees are responsible for securing coverage for medical, trip cancellation, and other travel-related risks.
Medical Requirements
Attendees are responsible for meeting all health, vaccination, and travel requirements imposed by the cruise line, airlines, hotels, or destination countries.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in the Event shall be governed by the laws of Utah, and resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Salt lake City, Utah, unless otherwise required by law.
