Qualification Criteria
To qualify for Destination Bali, Brand Partners must:
- Rank within the Top 20 based on total Growth Goals earned during the qualification period
- Meet all minimum qualification requirements listed below
- Remain in good standing throughout qualification and through the Event
Failure to meet any minimum requirement will result in disqualification, regardless of total Growth Goals earned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
All qualifiers must meet each of the following:
- Achieve a minimum of 100 total Growth Goals
- Achieve Lifetime Diamond status for a minimum of 2 weeks during the qualification period
- Earn the Ruby Bonus twice during the qualification period
- Earn a minimum of 10 Enrollment Growth Goals
- Earn a minimum of 20 Duplication Growth Goals
- Complete a minimum of 10 Vitality Tests during the qualification period
If fewer than 20 Brand Partners meet all requirements, only those who qualify will attend.
Growth Goals
Growth Goals may be earned through the following categories:

Destination: Bali, Indonesia
This incentive is positioned as a luxury leadership experience. Final travel dates, resort details, itinerary, and inclusions will be announced after qualification is complete.
What Is Not Included
Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included:
- Airfare
- Passports, visas, or entry permits
- Travel insurance
- Meals outside of scheduled group events
- Incidental expenses
- Medical expenses
Each attendee is solely responsible for all travel documentation, insurance, and related costs.

Open to Brand Partners in good standing who build their business in full alignment with Yoli Policies & Procedures
This earned trip is non-transferable and designed to reward the qualifying Brand Partner — attendance is required
Airfare is not provided; a valid passport and compliance with all travel, visa, and health requirements are required
Attendance and airfare must be confirmed by May 31, 2026, to secure your spot
Yoli celebrates ethical growth — any attempt to manipulate or game the compensation plan, including dummy or fraudulent accounts, will result in disqualification, and all decisions are final

Qualification Details
The Leaders of Impact: Bali Incentive Trip 2026 can be earned by meeting each of the following requirements.
- Achieving a minimum of 100 total Growth Goals.
- Achieve Lifetime Diamond status for a minimum of 2 weeks during the qualification period.
- Earn the Ruby Bonus twice during the qualification period.
- Earn a minimum of 10 Enrollment Growth Goals.
- Earn a minimum of 20 Duplication Growth Goals.
- Complete a minimum of 10 Vitality Tests during the qualification period.
This incentive trip is reserved exclusively for the Top 20 qualifying Brand Partners. Qualification is not guaranteed. If fewer than 20 Brand Partners qualify, only those who meet all requirements will attend.
Growth Goals
Growth Goals may be earned through the following categories within the qualification period:
- Enrollment
- Rank Advancement
- Duplication
- Testing
ENROLL
You will achieve Growth Goals (GG) for your Brand Partner recruiting and customer enrolling efforts. You will achieve 1 GG for every 400RV in the first orders of Brand Partners, customers, and customer reactivations during the qualification period. You can achieve 1 GG from 1 customer and/or Brand Partner placing a 400RV order or 4 customers and/or Brand Partners placing a 100RV order each.
For example, if you enrolled 16 customers and/or Brand Partners on TKITS, you would have generated 3,200RV on first orders. In this scenario, you would achieve 8 Growth Goals (3,200 / 400).
You can achieve your Growth Goals from any combination of customers and Brand Partners. The number of Growth Goals from enrolling must be minimum of 10. There is no cap on enrollment GG.
RANK
Your baseline within the qualification period will be your highest ‘paid-as’ rank in the 4 weeks prior to the qualification period.
You will achieve Growth Goals for achieving a higher paid-as rank during the qualification period. Multiple Growth Goals can be achieved during the period.
For example, if your baseline is Gold and you reach Ruby during the qualification period, you will achieve 14 Growth Goals: 6 for advancing to Platinum and 8for advancing to Ruby.

Increase the paid-as rank of Brand Partners in your personally enrolled downline and match the Growth Goals that they achieve. You must be paid-as Gold+ or higher in the week of their rank advancement to receive duplication Growth Goals.
Compression Rule:
The duplication Growth Goals are achieved by helping those in your personally enrolled tree rank. When a Brand Partner achieves a rank Growth Goal, in that same week, the first Brand Partner up the personally enrolled tree leg (PETL) with a paid-as Gold+ or higher in the same week will receive the same Growth Goals as the rank advancer.
You must earn a minimum of 20 GG from duplication to qualify for the trip.
TEST
Complete a minimum of 10 Vitality Tests during the qualification period registered to you as the sponsor.
Bali Incentive Trip Terms and Conditions
This incentive trip is open to all Yoli Brand Partners in good standing. Participants must remain in compliance with Yoli Policies and Procedures throughout the entire qualification period and through the time of travel. Yoli reserves the right to deny, revoke, or terminate participation for failure to remain in good standing at any time.
Non-Transferability & Attendance
This incentive trip is non-transferable. Earned positions may not be gifted, sold, substituted, or transferred to another account or individual, including a spouse or family member. No substitutions are permitted.
Qualifiers must attend the event to receive any earned incentive value. Failure to attend for any reason will result in forfeiture of the incentive. No cash alternative or substitution is available.
Confirmation & Travel
All winners must secure airfare and confirm attendance by May 31, 2026. If confirmation is not received by this date, the trip will be forfeited and offered to the next eligible Brand Partner on the leaderboard (see qualification details below).
Airfare is not provided by Yoli and must be purchased by the attendee. A valid passport is required and must meet all entry requirements for Indonesia, including validity of at least six (6) months beyond the trip dates. Attendees are responsible for meeting all visa, vaccination, and health requirements imposed by airlines, governments, or local authorities. Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended.
Upgrades
Upgrades are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Brand Partners interested in upgrades should email events@yoli.com with their Member ID number to receive available options and pricing.
Fair Play & Integrity
Yoli is committed to rewarding honest and ethical business practices. Any attempt to manipulate or game the Yoli Compensation Plan—including, but not limited to, the creation or use of dummy, fraudulent, or inactive accounts, improper enrollments, or activity intended to artificially inflate qualifications—will result in immediate disqualification from the incentive trip. Yoli reserves the right to review qualifying activity and make final determinations at its sole discretion.
Compliance & Conduct
All attendees must comply with Yoli Policies and Procedures, the laws of the destination country, and the rules of all venues and service providers. Disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event at the attendee’s expense. Excessive alcohol use or possession or use of illegal substances will result in removal and forfeiture of any incentive value.
Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation in this event is voluntary. Attendees assume all risks associated with travel and participation, including but not limited to illness or injury, travel delays or cancellations, acts or omissions of other attendees or third parties, and activities related to transportation, lodging, or group events. Attendees acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks, including potential exposure to COVID-19, and voluntarily assume all such risks while agreeing to follow all applicable safety guidelines.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees release and hold harmless Yoli LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and third-party service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the event.
Force Majeure
Yoli reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, or travel disruptions. Yoli shall not be liable for costs incurred by attendees as a result of such changes.
Taxes
The fair market value (FMV) of this incentive trip is considered taxable income and will be reported as required by law on IRS Form 1099-MISC or Form W-2, if applicable. Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and international taxes. Yoli does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional.
Dispute Resolution & Final Authority
Any dispute arising from or related to this incentive shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah, unless otherwise required by law.
Yoli LLC reserves the right to interpret, modify, or enforce these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. All decisions regarding qualification and participation are final.
