Take a few minutes to sit still and work on your breathing. Do you tend to hold your breath? Practice taking nice, deep breaths for five minutes today to help alkalize your body (and help you feel more relaxed).
As you progress through your kit, planning your meals in advance will help you stay on track. Start each week by making a rough outline of what you will eat each day. You may end up making adjustments, but starting with a plan will give you the best chance to succeed.
