Check in with yourself. How are you feeling? Now it is time to recommit to your goal and realize that you just need to take one day at a time. Sometimes you can just take one hour at a time, it takes one moment of making a healthy decision to push you closer to who you want to be.

Pro tip

Feeling hungry? If you feel hungry often, you’re not eating enough, so eat more protein. It’s okay to feel hungry in between meals or shakes, but don’t go more than 3 hours between meals.
